Andy is the founding Director of the company formed out of his desire to deliver his innovative programs in a more sustainable way to populations who need it most. He is an inspiring and award-winning speaker and a skilled coach who is right at the front of his subject. He walks the talk and continues to keep the cobwebs at bay by running long for the fun and challenge of it all.
Geoff brings a very high level of expertise in the field of experiential adult learning. He provides robust professional support to the design and delivery work that Andy undertakes. His prior experience as a Charity Governor, current status as a company director, and active involvement in athletics, gives him a strong platform to support the Community Interest Company.
Peter has been a senior civil servent in the Department of Health, before working in the private sector. Later he founded his own education consultancy business and now provides freelance consultancy to local authorites, individual schools and universities. He was a Director of the temporary logistics management company set up to deliver the UK stages of the Tour de France in 2014. Currently he is a non-executive vice chair of a multi-academy trust.
Chris has just finished a career as an engineer with Shell, living and working in remote and challenging locations around the world. He is a lifelong exerciser and a firm believer in the physical and mental benefits of endurance sport. Chris is now running his own consultancy company, doing something University lecturing and focusing on personal goals in sport. He is a keen triathlete, diver, skier as well as in training for the 21/22 Clipper race.
